This is WinBiff 3.4, a Windows 3.1/Windows 95 email notification utility
for Pegasus Mail, Eudora for Windows, Microsoft Mail, Microsoft
Exchange, cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, FirstMail, Novell MHS, PC-NFS,
UUPC/extended, Waffle, or FSUUCP.  WinBiff also works as a POP3 and
IMAP4 client using WinSock.  WinBiff can display MIME-encoded headers
for Internet mail.

Besides this file, there are five files in the distribution:  The
executable WINBIFF.EXE, the Windows Help file WINBIFF.HLP, the
documentation file, WINBIFF.WRI (in Windows Write format), and
two icon files, NEWMAIL.ICO and NOMAIL.ICO.

WinBiff is shareware.  The .ZIP archive containing this file may be
freely distributed.
